Since its establishment in December 2021, Permify has quickly gained recognition within the open-source community, solidifying its position as a key player in the access control space.

In 2022, Permify secured substantial backing from prominent venture capitalists and angel investors to boost its growth and expand its user base.

Currently, Permify serves teams ranging from small startups to multi-regional enterprises that run tens of Permify instances, aiming to achieve scalable authorization and ensure the principle of least privilege throughout their organizations.
